We retain user-generated images and trained models until you delete them or close your account. Intermediates used for processing are ephemeral and not retained. We may periodically remove unreferenced uploads for storage hygiene. Minimal billing records are retained as required by law.
Our Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at legal@tailsy.com and we will delete such information.
