AI Processing

We use third-party AI processing providers and model platforms to fulfill your requests. Inputs can include prompts, uploaded images, generated media, audio, likeness references, and related metadata needed to complete the request. Current provider details are available on request where required by applicable law or contract.

Infrastructure Partners

We use service providers for hosting, database, authentication, storage, payment processing, email, analytics, cookie consent, affiliate attribution, security, and content delivery. Data shared is limited to what is necessary for each provider to perform its service.

Provider Controls

We configure providers to avoid training on customer content where the provider offers that control, and we limit provider-side retention where the API supports retention settings. Some provider retention periods are controlled by the provider, not by us.

Security Measures

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. User-generated images, prompts, chat messages, uploads, trained character assets, and generated outputs are retained until you delete them, close your account, or they are removed under service cleanup rules. Temporary provider-side processing files are configured to expire where supported. Billing, tax, security, and fraud-prevention records may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate business needs.

Our Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at legal@tailsy.com and we will delete such information.
